I am happy to share that three InStyle.com images have been chosen for the prestigious American Photography 35. Of 7,000 entries, only 350 are chosen. Congratulations to Tony Luong for his eerie portrait of a woman who has been getting Botox since 26 to combat her “resting bitch face,” to Kevin Tachman for his dramatic backstage coverage of couture fashion week, and to Chris Sorenson for his celebratory portraits from the world’s largest drag festival. Bravo, gentlemen! It was a pleasure to work on these stories together. I look forward to celebrating at the annual party in November.
UPDATE 3/20/19: I am also excited to share that Chris Sorenson’s Bushwig portrait has also been selected for inclusion in the AP-35 book — the highest honor!
